I am a human-centered, UX-led product and data professional with 20 years’ experience across agency, consultancy, SaaS, B2C, B2B, and government sectors.

With a background in design, research, data, agile, and management, I lead lean teams from product ideation through to maintenance, using iterative collaboration. My expertise lies in designing solutions at the intersection of human needs and complex, emerging technologies.

I enjoy growing people and departments into high-performing environments, pushing design practices forward. My work impacts business by generating revenue or optimising operations.
